our Forum System should include a courtesy notice for deletion of post with reason.

I posted a Google search link with the heading "清風乒乓 Google 板" yesterday, but deleted without notice.

Thanks, I am not going to lodge a complaint , it is really non-significant to me , it is up to your management policy to run this forum . I just feel that a courtesy notice is needed in the system.
