個圖似扣殺...個波轉就要摩多D扺消旋轉.. 摩多就前沖力無咁大.. 力量大就又沖又轉.. 所以對拉力量大著數D

The coach of coach court was good, tell you from simple to little adv. I understood and learnd some. You tell me simple or adv I don't understand. I didn't play table tennis for many years. I want keep fit to play again. How to improve your technic you should find coach.
