[正貼] 應否轉打粒仔?

same to me, has try 正膠粒 and 生膠 for half year. No improvement. Just change back to single side 反貼. seems better now,  have find ways to improve some area.

對!生膠可以直接抽擊,有些人打生膠,用抽擊來接發球,不論你開下旋或上旋,也可以抽擊,勁!
至於餅哥用反貼,都可以用以上打法, 仲勁!!!
剛剛又買左塊正貼,遲D同你玩下,一於見人用人板,見鬼用鬼板,

塊海綿有幾厚呢? 我試過太厚既完全打唔到, 所以我而家最多只係用2.2
In the table tennis shop, they only have 2.2 海綿 and buy it. So does it have some other thickness on 海綿?
