Net in the game can have disadvantageous effects for several reasons:


Time: According to item 2.9.1.1 the repetition of the net leads to a let and is unlimited as youcan see in the video, a player netted 5 times in one service, and this will affect the length ofthe game and cause tension


Psychological: if the ball hits the net during the service, there is an interruption the matchand if this action repeated again, the opponent is confused in terms of concentration andmentality.


Sometimes, failure to recognize the net in time causes the players' rights to be lost. In thecontinuation of the match, it may cause tension between the umpire and the player


Moral: The opponent may not be able to receive well and cleverly, before the umpireannouncement, raise his hand to mark the let after the first reception to make an interruption.Sometimes the umpire and assistant umpire do not see the net. This also makes tensionbetween the umpire and the player.


Physically: In addition, in many national and some international competitions, there is oftenno assistant umpire, and this makes judging difficult. Umpire should concentrate on the serviceso much which cause difficulty in his judgment and has the negative effects on his judgmentin continuation of the match.

Remove time-out Removal of time out from matches:


According to items 3.4.4. in Handbook, the player can be informally guided by the guidanceof his coach in various situations during the rally which has been added to the handbook afterthe time out law. Therefore, the time-out discussion will have a negative advantage and willincrease the game time and cause interruption. It would be better to remove the time-out.


Rationale1:
Like some other sports, (Badminton, and Volleyball) it is suggested to remove the net from thelet subgroup. Because by removing Net, many of the mentioned cases will be solved. And inlong games which lead to expedite system, it helps not to increase the time of the game.


Rationale 2:
It is suggested that the time-out should be removed from the entire game and two minuteshould be reduced from the game time, considering that the players can get help at any time.As a result, it will be attractive for television and media broadcasting and attract the audience.


Removing time-outs and nets from matches has an effect on not prolonging the playing time(especially defensive players, which leads to the expedite system).
