對的，假如正選有人退出的話，就輪到後備，然後馬上通知。
正選的人如已回覆，我會加上(confirmed)字眼。

This game will be held on tomorrow night. How soon can I get the final confirmation, at least one hour before the game or sooner? Please advise

P.S. Do you think this game can be accepted more players since you have booked 4 tables already? (Remarks: increase the players from 2-3 to 4) What do you think? I assume that the other missed player will be appreciated very much if you could arrange this game as suggested.

對不起，正選的都已確認。
我明白你的建議，因為其餘的名額是reserved for members only，所以沒辦法。
我對到球會打球的人，有個服務承諾，就是平均每張枱打球人數不超過3人，否則便要加訂球枱，或者加鐘。
下次再辦球局的話，先通知這裏跟帖的人。
