there are people do not believe the internet world and purposely use proxy program / other privacy program to maintain its anonymous status.

as the owner / webmaster, you have the right to allow who can visit your site. BUt i would suggest to state a clear policy for NOT allowing non-HK IP or proxy programs.

however, it would be difficult to manage given the significant amount of traffic. but a clear policy always provide a clear guideline to everyone before your enforcement action.

抽出問題 IP, 不代表是一定要禁止"他們"進入論壇,
也未有決定需要有任何改變的對策,
只是要讓其他的會員也關注"他們"的存在.
但當"他們"要使用二手買賣區的時候, 我們會有所保留.

can the forum script display the revise DNS look up in second hand forum. so that normal user can aware of "strange address"
