我覺得應該練熟基本功再計分, 同多d 唔同既人打, 咁樣進步最快
I agree very much!
In real match, beginner tends to loss the proper "form", especially for those who played many years without proper training.
Practice Does Not Make Perfect. Practice Makes Permanent
After your form and moves are permanent, playing match would be beneficial!
I usually only use the last 5-10mins for match to check my progress. I feel very happy if I used what I learned in a match
but feel very bad if I am playing with my old ways...
Other suggestion is "confined match"
For example,
1) two players can only use front hand and back hand attack. This would give you the pressure and pleasure of a match but won't bring out old habit.
2)
a) everyone must start with
backspin serve
b) must return a backspin ball
c) then can choose to use loopdrive against backspin
d) after that both players are free to use loop drive or attack.
This kind of "confined match" will train your responds, foot work and your learned moves but with the limitation you can provide more focus on the subset of skill you learned and training them accordingly.
My two cents worth.
