Again, I don't agree with your comment that "她沒有傷害過任何人".  Now that he has admitted himself he is a man, he had already hurt many of our fellow female table tennis players who had unknowingly exposed themselves in front of him in the female changing rooms.  And by reporting the truth about him, we can prevent other female table tennis players from getting hurt in the future.

I think your interpretation of double jeopardy is incorrect.  If a person robs 5 different banks at different times, he can be tried for 5 offences.  Even if he or she is acquitted in one offence, he can still be found quity in the other 4.

I think everyone should stay away from using any type of translation software when trying to translate a long sentence and a paragraph.  They just never come out right and the translation is just so wrong and confusing....
