Last night I took my soon-to-be 5 year old daughter to meet with my 2 nephews' TT coach.  The coach held her hand and helped her hit backhands for about 5 mins and then to my surprise, she started making backhand returns on her own and could make about half of her tries.

Thank you!  But too bad she is not a lefty like her daddy and she plays with the shakehand grip.
