Example:   
Forehand drive/ forehand counterhit 正手攻球 -  A forhand drive is a light topspin stroke that produces a low ball trajectory and is the primary offensive stroke in Ping Pong.   
Backhand drive / Backhand counterhit  反手攻球/撥球
flip  挑球
block - The forehand block is one way to counter a topspin stroke hit to your forehand side. Learn this stroke and you will be able to keep yourself in the rally even when your opponent get the first attack in. 擋球
  chop  削球

'Stroke' in table tennis is a grouping term. If you say forehand stroke foreigners may not know what particular kind of strokes you are talking. If you have a habit of reading Table Tennis Techniques in English, I bet you wouldn't give me these answers. It is likely that if you want to express 正手/反手拉球 you may use 'Forehand/Backhand Loop' or 'Forehand/Backhand Topspin'. If you want to express 扣殺 you may use 'kill'.

Two websites agree that 'kill' is a proper term to describe 'smash' This term is an exact match with Chinese '扣殺'

What I observed from various websites, loop and topspin are interchangable. Some sites use loop some sites use topspin.
The word 'topspin' and 'loop' can be used as noun or verb. So forehand loop is same as forehand topspin.
So counter loop is same as counter topspin.
