逢星期五 - 球隊訓練

時間：7-9pm
地點：何文田體育館
費用：PM傾
目的：提高球員專注力及靈活性，有系統地培養球員掌握正確的動作和比賽技巧，代表球隊作賽。

教練：本會均有註冊一級，二級香港乒乓總會教練。
多年累積的教學經驗，培養學員加入青苗、精英隊及香港青少年代表隊。

歡迎有一定程度的球員參加。

同時亦另設私人教授一對一訓練。
