Recruitment - Senior Sports Administration Officer

Responsibilities :

Manage the activities and maintain a proper administration system of the office.
Prepare & submit annual budgets & reports, statement of accounts, applications and proposals on various events.
Liaise with Leisure & Cultural Services Department and other organizations on funding and other matters.
Oversee international and local programmes to ensure that the national team receives the best preparations for major championships.
Assist in the preparation and implementation of the Yearly Plan and the organization of various programmes approved by the Executive Committee.
Supervise and manage other staff.
Promote the development of the sport and arrange publicity through the media.
Qualifications :

Accredited Associate Degree from a Hong Kong tertiary institution or equivalent (Sports / PE / Recreation subject studied is an advantage);
A minimum of 6 years’ experience in fields preferably with NSA;
Proficiency in English & Chinese;
Knowing Putonghua will be an advantage;
Good PC skills, including MS Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, FrontPage);
Fast Chinese typing speed is preferable.
Salary : Negotiable subject to qualification & experience

好奇一問, 這個位好像年年都招聘,

我都覺得奇怪, 這個位基本上定期都出, 約幾個月一次, OFFER算可接受, 個人認為應該係骨頭位左右..唔係想像般易食...
