game time: 1/15 8-10 pm
waiting list to the position update time: 1/15 16:12
so, my fault is not to check the final status on internet from 16:12 to 7:30 pm on that day
my reason is that i do not know the final status in time
And, I will pay the fee next time no problem, and sorry about that mistake.
