有啲 nouns 係可以係 countable 亦可以係 uncountable.

~ Did u hear a noise just now?
~ I can't work here. There's too much noise.

a paper / some paper
a hair / hair
a room / room (space)
some interesting experiences / a lot of experience
a good time / I don't have time.

* coffee, tea, juice, beer, etc
I don't like coffee very much.
2 coffees and an orange juice, please.
