should not be, according to the ITTF rules under the racket

2.4.4 The covering material shall extend up to but not beyond the limits of the blade, except that the part nearest the handle and gripped by the fingers may be left uncovered or covered with any material.

So according this statement, you racket seems not up to the regulation standard

不用怕
如果球証話長膠面不合格
就話比佢聽你不會用果面觸球
咁就當果面係黑色光板罷了

都未必得.. 如果唔當膠用來打.. 咁算唔算板一部份.. 會唔會多過板木成份.. 如果唔係咁可以貼塊金屬又彈D
