Can the VIP card has immediate benefit to the $1000 just spend? For instance, I spend $1200 and got the VIP card, say the VIP could have 5% discount. Would it means the net cost would be $1200 * 95% = $1140?

Different product have different discount , so we need to count with your shopping list .
