John - forehand Long Pimple Rubber (Black) , backhand Inverted Rubber
Malcolm is a defensive player with long pimple with sponge on his backhand
(Penhold), amazing reverse backhand chop for a penhold player.
John is an attack player with long pimple with sponge on his forehand (shakehand)
For forehand attack with long pimple, the ball should be rolled over with a good placement . you can also attack by backhand with inverted rubber. attacking with long pimple is not an easy job, hit / roll over the ball at its highest point using the middle position of the racket
For defense , the ball is chopped deep over with your long pimple , you may attack with the forehand by inverted rubber.
