You are partly correct.
In fact, Zhang is a losser and champion at the same time.
On one hand, he was defened in 0:3 so that he was a losser.
On the other hand, China Team won 3:1 so that he was a champinion.
Therefore, his feeling is very complicated at the time becasue he became the champinion at time he lost, but his team members won.
