If you have been attacked by News.Net , you can now remove it in a few seconds by going to the Extension in Chrome Browser using the method as outlined in the link below , I got it removed at last .

Go to Customised Control Google Chrome , the 3 layer Icon on the right top corner.
go to tool-extension
Uncheck the News.Net , click on the delete Icon basket
You cannot find this virus in the System Control - Add and Remove Programme .
