No. It is the problem of location. Kennedy Town can only attract people who live nearby. Firstly, MTR is only available to Sheung Wan. Secondly, Kennedy Town is mainly a residential area.
To be different, Wan Chai can attract many people who both work and live nearby, like Kennedy Town, Central, North Point, even Kowloon side. Without sufficient number of players, tables can be booked as long as 3 hours. A longer playing time in turn attract more people who are off-duty at a later time. It is the reason for the sucess of Mr. Tam's ball games.
