Want to learn how to 灌膠

dear all bros,
tried to look for posts regarding this, but can't find it. i want to learn how, what oil to use and then try on my old hurricane3. please kindly advise! appreciate that!

Ching, thank you. I read all related posts before i created this post. I know how to search. I am not 90 after that someone classified, no offense to 90 after.
I just want to find a post that i can learn step by step. And is there any way to apply on the surface instead of putting on the sponge.
