發揮唔到拉前衝弧圈的力量

In that case, my son was very lucky!
His teacher force him to use 腰 from the first lesson!

But he is not doing very well with his arm!

Also he never put the effort to "drill in" and fix the form!

Very busy lately, I online less often, and mostly being  "CD-ROM".

Reading your posts usually help me to be more active in my son's TT training.
Always wish my son can be as dedicated to a sport as your son.

Really want to see your son's improvement and may be one day my son can watch him play and inspire my son.

yes 腰 more powerful and more "stable"
it would be easier to start from 腰 and then learn the art of 重心轉移 and 腰馬配合來打波

I learned 重心轉移 and 腰馬配合 from a 太極桿 lesson.
After that I can do much more powerful attack!

One more big lesson need to learn is "relax before strike"  this is even harder to change...
As I was so used to "tighten throughout the whole strike"

By the way, one of my son's teacher told me that after the strike, the front leg should push back much like the back leg when attack.

i.e. the whole strike should be
1) push back leg for power and attack,
2) after attack, push front leg to "return' to original position.
Instead of just doing the first part.

If he change his mind set and think 1+2 is the whole movement, one whole step.  That might help him wor
