我有條功課唔識答,有冇人可以幫下我
How is the common law distinguished from the rules of equity?  Identify the source empowering the equity rules in Hong Kong

同埋係菲律賓人質事件當中,曾蔭權係咪冇權力(又冇被授權)直接聯絡呀披落三世??

其實識答既都可以

菲律賓人質事件當中    HKSAR  正常途徑是要經外交部聯絡菲律賓    不可以直接打過去~

懶惰和傳統打法， 放COMMON LAW 及 EQUITY等字上網執堆字再加自己砌夠理想字數
