YES! You are correct!

Give chances to pontential new comer when they are green!
Over 30 years old should put them to coach team or retirement.
Setup B team that invloved  25-30 assistant players.
2 hrs pratices daily, 1 hr 跳繩, 1 HR 体能反應
Through the internal competition Team ( A & B )
to decide the top 5 players on  behalf  of HK
The B team winner can have a chance and hope to promote to A team
Team A loser down to team B
