While the statement is generally true (as true as 一加一等於二), it might or might not apply to the case in question - granted, that is a behaviour beyond comprehension, but whether or not the person doing that have suffered from any illness is open to question though ... that is something we just don't know.
The reason why we react to incidents like this is because this does not seem to be an isolated case, far from that .... as far as one can remember, people have 屎屎 at HK Disneyland 個 sink 盆... people have 屎屎 at HK 商場... and here we have another person with perfectly normal countenance 屎屎 in a certain 商場 (this time on the Mainland
)... when "irrational behaviour beyond comprehension" happens not just 一次...but 兩次 and 三次... it just might not be an improper attitude that we are a tiny little bit concerned on what went wrong....
When a person is sick, help and care is called for ...
